Home Equity Loans — Choose between a 15-Year Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) and a 15-Year fixed rate. Upon approval, you can borrow up to 80% of the appraised value. With the 15-Year ARM, the rate adjusts every 5 years.
Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) — With your approved HELOC, you'll have 10 years to draw upon your line of credit for up to 90% of your home's value. Our HELOC offers up to a 15-year repayment period and a competitive variable monthly rate. The minimum credit line available is $10,000.
